Refund Policy

If you complete Module 1 (Start With a Small Win) and don't have a finished edit within 7 days of purchase, request a refund via the refund request form or by emailing newgenmarketingcompany@gmail.com with your order ID. We'll refund your full purchase price, including any add-ons, within 5 business days to your original payment method.

After a refund, access to the course, plugin downloads and templates ends.

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase aren't eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.

Studio + Agency Kit tier: the same guarantee applies. If you attended the live group call before requesting a refund, we refund the full amount.
